These SMS Terms apply when you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from Protect Family Future.

Program Description

Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include webinar reminders, requested follow-up information, appointment information, educational updates, or marketing messages.

Consent

Where required, appropriate consent is obtained before automated or marketing text messages are sent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another reasonable opt-out request where supported. A single non-marketing confirmation message may be sent to confirm the opt-out.

Important: Publication of these terms does not activate automated marketing text messages. Such messages should not be activated until approved consent language, consent logging, source logging, and suppression/STOP controls are implemented and tested.
